David Harold Moffitt's Obituary
Dave was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 22,1947. He was the youngest of four children. He joined the Navy at a young age. He was a corpsman in the Navy
He was deployed to Vietnam with the Marines. He was awarded the Silver Star for valor on the battlefield. When he got out of the service, we got married in 1972 and we were married for 52 years. We had our son Pat.
He worked for the Post Office in several functions. He retired in 2004 and we moved to Minden from Downey, Ca. He loved living in Nevada doing home repair, golfing and playing with our dogs. He leaves his wife Mary of 52 years and his son Patrick.
