Father Oliver Curran's Obituary

Father Oliver Curran passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 4, 2026 surrounded by the love & prayers of our Northern NV Catholic Community. Thanks to you all for your continued prayers for Fr Oliver Curran & his family. The following arrangements have been made. All are welcome:
Rosary is scheduled at St Gall in Gardnerville at 6 PM on July 30th, 2026.
Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Mueggenborg at Our Lady of Tahoe in Zephyr Cove at 10 AM on July 31st, 2026.
In lieu flowers, donations may be made to the Diocese of Reno – Seminarian Fund.
The family is making arrangements for early October, in Ireland, where Father will be laid to rest with his parents & siblings. If you would like details when they become available please email [email protected] with subject line “Curran Ireland”
Father was comforted in his final days to have the cards and letters received for the Jubilee read to him. We will be delivering these, along with anything else received in the coming weeks, to the family in October.
