It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to our father, Allan Robert Gustafson, who passed away peacefully on the afternoon of February 22, 2025, at the age of 87. He was with his oldest son, Scott and daughter-in-law, Monica Read Obituary
Sad to hear of Alan’s passing.
Alan & Barbara always stayed with us in Iowa coming & going from Wisconsin. My husband, Norman, “Bud” Stammer was a first cousin. Their mothers were Thieme sisters. In 1990 Barbara toured us around Burbank for 9 days while staying with them. Sad the family tree is getting smaller all the time. My sympathy to all the family.

We were lucky to have Barbara and Allan stay with us recently in Laughlin,NV. We all had such a lovely time at dinner. Eric and I got to hear stories from many years ago. Later after Barbara went to bed Eric, Allan and I stayed up really late talking. Allan was so interested in things we had built and done and we loved hearing about his projects and accomplishments as well. We are grateful for the time we spent together.
