One of my fondest memories with Gloria was when I was house/dog sitting for Novotny's. Throughout the weekend, I would go over to Gloria's apartment next door. She taught me how to pan-fry bananas in butter with cinnamon to put it over vanilla ice cream (yummmm!!) and also taught me how to make stuffed mushrooms from scratch!
Gloria was a wonderful grandma. She was always so sweet and kind to me as Corinne's friend. She had a beautiful and steadfast faith, an incredible gift for painting, and a spirit of fire that made her truly special. I'm lucky to have known her, she will be deeply missed!
